1. Ownership & Agreement

This website is operated by DTF Kingdom. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DTF Kingdoms. By visiting our site and/or purchasing custom DTF prints from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies.

2. Intellectual Property & Artwork Copyright (Crucial for DTF)

By uploading artwork, logos, or designs to our website for custom printing, you explicitly warrant and represent that:
  • You own the copyright, trademark, or appropriate commercial licensing rights to the files submitted.
  • The artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.
  • DTF Kingdom assumes zero liability for copyright or trademark infringements on files uploaded by customers. We print the files exactly as submitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing artwork that we deem to be illegal, highly offensive, or a blatant violation of intellectual property laws.

3. Customer File Responsibility & Quality Disclaimer

We print files exactly as they are uploaded. DTF Kingdoms is not responsible for printing defects that result from customer file errors, including but not limited to:
  • Low-resolution, pixelated, or blurry images.
  • Artwork submitted in the incorrect colour profile (CMYK vs RGB colour shifts).
  • Semi-transparent gradients or uncleaned background pixels that do not transfer correctly.
  • Spelling, design, or layout errors created by the customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall DTF Kingdom, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or product replacement costs arising from:
  • The use of our custom DTF transfers.
  • Damage to your garments or substrates caused by incorrect heat-press application, temperature, pressure, or timing.
  • Shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost packages once the order leaves our facility.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
