Shipping policy

All orders are custom printed.

Processing time: Orders take 1–3 business days to print and pack before shipment.
Cut-off times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is completely separate from shipping transit time.

We calculate shipping costs at checkout based on package weight and your location.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Carrier updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

We print shipping labels automatically using the address you provide at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately using live chat or emailing at dtfkingdoms@gmail.com.
We cannot change or redirect the delivery address once the package leaves our facility.
You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship items returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, transit times are entirely out of our control.

Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier backups, strikes, or severe weather.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbours or your local delivery driver before emailing us.
Damaged in Transit: If your prints arrive physically damaged by the carrier, contact us at dtfkingdoms@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
